I did a search on the five key trends predicted for 2013 and these are the results I got:
1. More companies will use social media to employ people
2.More companies will use social media sites to promote and advertise their company
3.More companies will use their employees talents to drive the company
4.Emerging economies will use mobile devices to assess their candidates
5.More companies will recruit candidates with talents.
